una sombra que has llevado toda tu vida…
La Sombra de la MENTIRA.
Es lamentable pero muy cierto, muchos han pasado x esto en sus vidas, personas que te rodean, aparentando ser alguien quien no es. Pero… cuál es tu miedo? me pregunto no hay nada malo por ser tu mismo, nadie es perfecto y esconder la verdad nada bueno te trae. A veces esas personas que ocultan la verdad se esconden detrás de la religión, predicando la palabra de Dios como si nada.
Son los primeros que pecan, son los primeros al que deberian enfrentarse a la realidad y si tuvieron el coraje de mentir, deberian tener el mismo coraje de pedir perdón.
La verdad necesita de más esfuerzo para ser creída, necesita de pruebas. La mentira necesita sólo ser dicha para ser tomada como verdad. Así empiezan los chismes.
El mentiroso tiene un arma poderosa la cual es la negación.
La gente miente para quedar bien, para excusarse, para obtener lo que quiere, para no perder ciertos derechos, para dar una mejor imagen de sí misma, para no ofender o hacer sufrir a otras personas con la verdad, porque no saben o no pueden decir que no, para postergar decisiones, por temor al rechazo o al castigo.(Dra. Una mentira es lo mismo que una traición, por eso prefiero la verdad aunque me duela el corazón.
Al fin y al cabo la verdad siempre se sabe, tarde o temprano.
La Mentira destruye.
Asi que sé real, siempre dí la verdad y así te liberarás de ese peso que has llevado todo este tiempo.
La verdad es lo mas valioso que tenemos.

Hello I’m your shadow
A shadow that has been all your life…
The shadow of lies.
It is very unfortunate but true, many have been through this in their lives.
People around you, pretending to be someone who is not.
But … what’s your fear? I wonder…
There is nothing wrong for being yourself, nobody is perfect and to hide the truth nothing good will brings you.
Sometimes those who hide the truth are hiding behind religion, preaching the word of God as if nothing.
They are the first who sins and if they had the courage to lie,they should have the same courage to apologize.
The truth needs more effort to be believed, needs testing. Lying need only be said to be taken as truth. and that’s how the gossip start.
The liar has a powerful weapon which is denial.
People lie to look good, to make excuses, to get what they want, not to lose certain rights, to give a better image of themselves, in order to not offend or cause suffering to other people with the truth, because they don’t know or they can’t say no, to postpone decisions, for fear of rejection or the punishment. A lie is the same as a betrayal, so I prefer the truth even if it hurts the heart.
At the end of the day the truth will rise above and beyond, sooner or later.
Lying destroys.
So be real, always tell the truth and that way your soul will be free of that weight you’ve carrying all this time.
